Freies Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 3er-WG!
Ich bin Ceyda (20) und studiere Psychologie an der UdS. Da in den nächsten drei Monaten zwei Zimmer in unserer WG frei werden, suche ich zwei nette Mitbewohnerinnen:)
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines ruhigen Dreifamilienhauses in Dudweiler Süd. Die Uni ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt, und es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung ins Saarbrücker Stadtzentrum. In der Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über eine Einbauküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das freie Zimmer ist unmöbliert, sodass du es nach deinen Wünschen einrichten kannst. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.

- Miete: 235 €/Monat + ca. 110 € Nebenkosten
- Kaution: 470 € (zwei Monatsmieten)
- Einzug: Ab September 2025

Room Available in Our Cozy 3-Person Shared Flat!
I’m Ceyda (20), a psychology student at UdS. As two rooms in our flat will become available within the next three months, I’m looking for two friendly flatmates:)
The flat is located on the second floor of a quiet, three-family house in Dudweiler Süd. It’s well-connected by bus, with the university just a 10-minute ride away and a direct bus line to Saarbrücken city center. You’ll find a supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
The flat comes fully furnished with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine. The available room is unfurnished, so you can decorate it to your liking. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed.
Details:
- Rent: €235/month + approx. €110 additional costs
- Deposit: €470 (equivalent to two months’ rent)
- Move-in date: From September 2025
