My soon to be 19 year old daughter and I are looking for a flatmate (women only please!) who should be over 23. We are vegetarian and it would be nice if you are vegetarian too. We are both creative and interested in sports, nature, music, culture…. As many beautiful things as possible!
We are not a „party flat share“, we prefer it quiet but visitors in moderation are of course okay for us. There are even possibilities for overnight guests. We take care (within our means) to conserve resources and share the housework.
The room for rent would be fully furnished. The bed can be used as a couch, single bed or double bed (IKEA: Hemnes!). A wardrobe and a desk are available. The house has been refurbished and renovated and has a garden that can be shared, as well as a kitchen, guest toilet and bathroom. The rent is 430€ and a share of consumables of 20€ would be added. The room would be available again from 01.06. I would be happy to send you more pictures and answer further questions personally! A viewing online is also possible!
