A fully furnished room in a 5-room shared apartment (student flat) is available for sublet for 3 months from November to February. The room is equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, office chair, wardrobe, and drawers.
Location
The apartment is located in one of the central areas of Saarbrücken. The Johanneskirche tram stop and Haus der Zukunft bus stop are just a 5-minute walk away. The university is 10 minutes away by bus, and all supermarkets, cafés, bars, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Flatshare Type
Four other students live in the apartment, all of them enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s programs at the university. They are friendly, non-intrusive, and helpful.
Miscellaneous
The apartment is available immediately and ready to move in. “Wohnungsgeberbestätigung” can be arranged upon request with the landlord.
