- Available from: August 19th, 2026 to September 30th, 2026
- Rent: €337 per month (All utility bills, heating, and high-speed campus internet are completely included!)
- The Flat: It is a 2-person shared flat (2er-WG). You will have your own private big room, and you will share the kitchen and bathroom with only one other friendly female student. It is located on the 10th floor with an amazing quiet view!
- Location: Perfect for students! It is right next to the forest and only a beautiful 10-minute walk to the Saarland University campus. The „Guckelsberg“ bus stop is just 5 minutes away.
- Extras: The building has a huge shared panoramic rooftop terrace, a laundry room in the basement, and bicycle storage.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Because this is an official sublet approved by the Studierendenwerk Saarland, you MUST be a female student currently enrolled at a university in Germany (e.g., Uni Saarland or HTW Saar) to sign the official contract.

- Frei ab: 19th August 2026 bis 30. September 2026
- Miete: 337 € pro Monat (Warmmiete inkl. Strom, Heizung und schnellem Campus-Internet!
- Die WG: Es ist eine 2er-WG. Du hast dein eigenes großes Zimmer und teilst dir Küche und Bad mit einer anderen netten Studentin. Das Zimmer liegt im 10. Stock mit tollem Ausblick!
- Lage: Nur 10 Gehminuten vom Campus der Universität des Saarlandes entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle „Guckelsberg“ ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
- WICHTIG: Da es sich um eine offizielle Untermiete über das Studierendenwerk Saarland handelt, MUSST du eine immatrikulierte Studentin sein (z.B. Uni Saarland oder htw saar), um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben.
