Room:
- Room is approximately 10 m²
- Private, fully furnished room (with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves, private sink with mirror) on the 2nd floor
Shared Living:
- Shared kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher. Shared pans, pots, utensils, plates, kettle, etc. also available)
- Shared toilets (1 for female & 1 for male), and 2 showers
- Common areas are cleaned twice a week by a cleaning service
- Both male and female student floor
- Elevator available
There is also a laundry room in the other building (with washing machine and dryer) and garage for bicycle storage.
The floor has a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Since the kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are shared, everyone is expected to keep the common areas clean, respect quiet hours, and be considerate of the other residents.
At the same time, it’s a nice place to live together. Feel free to chat with others in the kitchen, get to know your floormates, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. 😊
