The apartment is located in the heart of Dudweiler with excellent transport links. Supermarkets such as Netto and ALDI, as well as stores like Rossmann, Woolworth, and TEDi, are all within walking distance. Two major bus stops are just 5 minutes away, and the train station can be reached in about 10 minutes. Saarland University is only 10 minutes away by bus, and Saarbrücken city center is accessible in around 20 minutes.
The atmosphere in the apartment is friendly and open, with a good balance between socializing and personal space. Flatmates sometimes chat in the kitchen, spend time together, or have friends over, and you’re welcome to do the same. At the same time, everyone respects each other’s privacy and maintains a considerate living environment with an emphasis on cleanliness and communication.
The rent is €400 per month (paid to the landlady), which includes heating and water. Electricity and Wi-Fi are organized separately and cost approximately €35 per month.
