- The university can be reached in approximately 3–5 minutes by bus.
- The city centre is only about 10–15 minutes away by bus.

The room is private and fully furnished. You will be living on a student floor with both male and female students. The kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are shared with the other residents on the floor. The common areas are cleaned twice a week by a cleaning service.
The sublease is available until 30 September, but there is the possibility of extending the stay beyond that date, subject to approval by the residence administration.
