The apartment address is Poststr. 9. It’s a new building complex built in 2024. It’s one S-Bahn stop from HBF. Easy access to UNI with 112 and 124.
The apartment is 80 square meters and on the third floor. The building has an elevator and underfloor heating in the winter.
It’s fully furnished with dryer & washing machine, a big TV, monitor, height-adjustable table, bed and closet, etc.
The monthly cost with utility and internet is 1100 euros. Can accommodate two people.
